Procurement & Logistics

Elite Procurement and Logistics (EPNL) fully supports our construction activities and allows us to quickly mobilize to any region in the country, as well as source and supply the materials needed to get the job done. The Procurement component of the company has resources and reach back to fulfill all of our construction supply needs at the most competitive rates, and provides this service to independent companies as well.

EPNL has a reputation for providing timely safe delivery of cargo throughout Afghanistan and are specialists in delivering Line Haul Service across the Nation. Currently there are approximately 500 trucks that enable EPNL to move containers, flatbeds, lowboys, and tankers throughout the country.

Elite’s safety record is impeccable and our supply chain management is unmatched in Afghanistan. EPNL has state of the art command and control GPS cargo and truck movement tracking capabilities. We provide door-to-door insurance to protect our clients and transport rolling stock and military vehicles, construction material & equipment, spare parts and supplies throughout the entire Nation.

Air freight and Ocean freight handling are also strong points of the EPNL services and our alliance with international providers, combined with our customs expertise, ensures that we can safely and efficiently deliver cargo from any location to any destination throughout all of Afghanistan.
